The successful applicant will bring a results-driven approach, coupled with strong leadership skills, to lead and develop five high-performing teams in Germany and Chicago (total of 20 people), ensuring technical excellence and seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer engagement in target market segments.
* Oversee the design, testing, and optimization of application-based solutions that address customer needs and market trends, including model systems and AI.
* Foster a culture of best practices in application labs, ensuring strong project execution and resource allocation.
* Define and execute the application strategy to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
