II. Responsibilities for the Two Positions
* Marketing
* Social Media & Campaigns: Plan social content, assist with online campaigns, manage communities, and boost user engagement.
* Brand Promotion & Collaborations: Support brand visuals, create materials/copy, aid PR activities, and connect with KOLs/influencers.
* Product Marketing & Strategy: Translate product specs into user value, explain features to partners, and contribute to local marketing strategies.
* Language Requirement for marketing intern: Native proficiency in German.
* E-commerce Platform Operations
* Maintain and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon (including information updates and page adjustments) to improve product exposure and user conversion rates;
* Monitor inventory dynamics in e-commerce channels to prevent stockouts or overstocking and ensure supply chain stability;
* Analyze competitors' operational strategies (e.g., pricing, promotions) to provide data support for the team's marketing strategy formulation.
III. Recruitment Requirements
* Native in German, Fluent in English, with the ability to use two languages proficiently for cross-team communication and document processing;
* Preferred qualifications: Sensitivity to data, with internship experience in the retail industry, or experience in data analysis/processing;
* Hold a valid internship work permit in Germany;
* On-site internship at the Düsseldorf office in Germany for 6 months, working 40 hours per week;

2. 电商平台运营岗
* 负责亚马逊等电商平台的产品listing维护与优化(含信息更新、页面调整),提升产品曝光率与用户转化率;
* 监控电商渠道库存动态,预防缺货或过量库存,保障供应链稳定;
* 分析竞品运营策略(如定价、活动等),为团队制定营销策略提供数据支持。
三、招聘要求
* 英语与德语双流利(德语达母语水平),能熟练运用两种语言完成跨团队沟通及文档处理;
* 加分项:对数据敏感,具备零售行业实习经验、数据分析或处理经验者优先。
* 持有德国合法实习工作许可;
