Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end IT onboarding/offboarding processes
* Prepare and deploy devices to new hires; retrieve and wipe equipment upon offboarding
* Deliver "white glove" IT support for new starters and leavers
* Support users with MFA, login issues, password resets, and application access
* Customize onboarding based on department requirements
* Provide first-level hardware support, escalating to Tier 2 as needed
* Maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and operating systems
* Coordinate with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure alignment on schedules
* Utilize MDM and inventory tools (e.g., Intune) for device and policy management
* Occasionally support office meeting room tech (Teams Rooms, projectors, etc.)
Skills & Experience:
* Solid knowledge of
Windows 10/11
and
MacOS 12
* Hands-on experience with
hardware support
and
device setup/troubleshooting
* Familiarity with
Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
is a plus
* Experience with
MDM tools
and endpoint security (preferred, not required)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
