The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting real estate transactions, including leasing and sales activities. This will involve planning and executing workplace fit-out projects, collaborating with international colleagues on real estate matters, and analyzing market data to support internal processes. Additionally, the candidate will prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate and collect official real estate documents from authorities, assist in the preparation of property valuations and expert reports, and maintain and update lease administration software.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting real estate transactions, including leasing and sales activities
* Planning and executing workplace fit-out projects
* Collaborating with international colleagues on real estate matters

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree or vocational training in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
* Initial experience in the real estate sector (a plus)
* Fluency in both German and English
* Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with software, tools, and AI
* High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a structured way
* Effective collaboration skills in international teams and across cultures
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn quickly, and adaptability to new challenges
* Willingsness to grow within the role and travel occasionally if required
