Aufgaben
1. Drive transformation workstreams in areas such as last mile operations, automation in hubs and depots, and operational procurement
2. Structure complex topics and translate them into actionable programs, roadmaps, and decision frameworks
3. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional transformation squads and operational stakeholders
4. Develop and maintain executive-ready materials, including presentations, strategic updates, and steering committee documentation
5. Support business case development and financial modelling for key transformation initiatives
6. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with stakeholders from operations, engineering, procurement, and regional teams
7. Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Director Field Operations & Infrastructure in shaping priorities, synthesizing insights and preparing & supporting implementation of, key decisions
Stärken
8. >3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, operations transformation, or similar roles
9. Experience working on complex transformation programs or operational improvement initiatives
10. Strong problem-solving and structuring capabilities with the ability to quickly synthesize complex topics
11. Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication skills
12. Some experience with business case modelling and financial analysis
13. Ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior operational stakeholders
14. A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to operate in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
15. Understands complexity of balancing Service, Cost and ESG related elements in a changing, competitive operations environment
16. Comfortable working with both senior leadership and operational teams. Combination of a person who understand strategy, speaks operations language, can structure complex projects and pushes execution
17. Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or industrial operations is a strong plus, but not mandatory
