Job Description:
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy of operational costs provisions, invoice processing, and Vendor Master Data.
* Manage contracts and rate information in the ERP system based on data from multiple sources;
* Monitor daily contracts and system activities (including corrective measures) to maintain accuracy;
* Oversee Vendor and Material Master Data management for efficient operations;
* Develop process and IT-related improvement suggestions;
* Support the line manager and finance organization in strategic projects and ad-hoc requests.
