Corporate Support Specialist
A boutique fiduciary with an international presence is seeking a Corporate Support Specialist to join its expanding team.
* Assist in preparing and organizing board meetings, shareholder meetings and corporate events.
* Support the setup of new companies, funds and other financial structures.
* Manage compliance tasks including AML/KYC processes, FATCA/CRS reporting and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with clients, lawyers, notaries and authorities as required.
* Maintain accurate records, files and registers for the company.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Law.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg within a fiduciary, service provider or law firm.
* Proven exposure to corporate support duties including board preparation, reporting and compliance.
* Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
