Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
* Employee Lifecycle Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
* HRIS & Data Integrity: This individual will take ownership of maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data in our HR systems.
* Regulatory Compliance: Our HR Manager must stay current with Luxembourgish labor laws, social security regulations, and tax legislation to ensure compliance and advise management accordingly.
* Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to manage relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
* Policies & Procedures: The successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and objectives.
* Business Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
