Our company is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our strategic accounts in the financial services industry.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader who can drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and inspire a high-performing team of account executives.
* Lead a team of enterprise account executives to achieve sales targets
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at CIO/CDO/CMO level
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS
* 10+ years of experience in direct SaaS software sales (software and services a plus)
* Proven track record of success working with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
