Run outstanding campaigns u2013 Oversee the creation and execution of engaging, platform-first campaigns that boost brand awareness and inspire action. Build community and connection u2013 Champion best-in-class engagement tactics, influencer relationships, and partnership opportunities to grow and energise our audience. Measure and optimise u2013 Use data to track performance, uncover insights and continually refine our social approach to deliver meaningful results. Collaborate across teams u2013 Work closely with PR, content, digital and paid media teams to ensure our campaigns are integrated, creative, and cohesive. Lead and inspire u2013 Manage and mentor a high-performing social media team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Qualifications & Experience Experience leading social media for major consumer brands u2013 ideally within entertainment, travel or hospitality Proven track record of delivering impactful, insight-led social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter) Experience managing influencer campaigns, social content production and community engagement at scale Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Google Analytics to drive strategy and performance Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment A creative, commercially minded approach and the confidence to innovate Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Benefits Benefits include an annual salary from 45,000u20ac, 28 days of holiday (30 days as of the third year of your employment) and flexible working arrangements (working from home).
