Head of SCCM & Commercial Excellence (all genders)
Join us at Beiersdorf as the Head of SCCM & Commercial Excellence (all genders). This strategic leadership role within the Pharmacy Business Unit involves overseeing three key areas: Shopper & Customer Marketing (SCCM), Business Intelligence, and Sales Planning & Operations. You will be responsible for their development and integration to drive sustainable growth and data-driven decision-making. Leading a team of up to 20, reporting to the Sales Director Pharmacy, your responsibilities include:
Business Intelligence (BI)
* Expanding the BI team as a central shared service
* Harmonizing data models, sources, and analysis processes
* Implementing best practices in data management, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.
* Promoting data-driven initiatives and a unified data strategy
* Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and IT
Sales Planning & Operations
* Managing revenue planning and forecasting processes (S&OP)
* Overseeing the commercial planning cycle, including assortment and pricing strategies
* Optimizing delivery planning and sales processes
* Analyzing sales and market trends for strategic guidance
* Managing interfaces with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Management, and Master Data
Shopper & Customer Marketing (SCCM)
* Developing innovative shopper marketing strategies for pharmacies and retail channels
* Planning promotions based on KPIs and managing drive plans
* Creating POS displays to strengthen brand presence
* Managing category relationships with strategic retail partners
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration or related field
* Extensive leadership experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Customer Marketing
* Proven ability to motivate teams and lead cross-functional initiatives
* Empathetic leadership style fostering collaboration
* Strategic and analytical thinking with operational execution skills
* Strong affinity for digital tools
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* High commitment, openness, and readiness to drive change
* Flexibility and team-oriented mindset
