10. Develop and execute change management strategies for FIT4 and NextGenCRM, with a focus on service organisations
11. Design and manage communication formats (e.g. Viva Engage, newsletters, intranet, network calls) to promote awareness and adoption
12. Create target group-specific content (text, images, videos, GIFs), including storyboards for video production
13. Organise and moderate meetings with key users, change ambassadors and stakeholders
14. Build and manage change networks (e.g. NextGenCRM Network, FIT4 Change Ambassador Network)
15. Develop “What’s in it for me” (WIIFM) campaigns to activate end users
16. Collaborate with internal and external agencies for content creation
17. Support training initiatives and user enablement across the ZEISS Group
18. Track change success using defined KPIs and lessons learned
19. Contribute to Change Canvas workshops and stakeholder assessments
PROFILE
20. Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Business Administration or a comparable field
21. Initial experience in creating and implementing target group-specific communication
22. Creativity and enthusiasm for content creation (text, image, video)
23. Affinity for digital tools and transformation processes (SAP, Salesforce)
24. Strong project management and structured working style
25. Proficiency in MS 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
26. Hands-on mentality, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset
27. Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
