Job Title:Project Management Office – Information SecurityLocation:OnsiteAbout the RoleAs an IT Service Provider Business having a lot of overseas projects, we are now looking for aProject Manager in Information Securityto join our team. Our client is based in Berlin, and we need someone to travel to the sites from time to time and support the client.Responsibilities:• Continuously improve documentation regarding the Information Security ManagementSystem• Assist with the planning and execution of internal reviews• Promote ISO 27001 standards within all company departments by improving policies andprocedures• Assist with the conception of company wide Information Security trainings• Preparations for inter-departmental / company-wide communications• Joint elaboration of SOPs and their transposition into Visio charts• Classic project management tasks such as meeting preparations and follow-ups• Document control and quality assurance for all written policies and procedures• Execution of Information Security Reviews in national and international branches• Support with Data Protection InitiativesRequirements:• Completed commercial training or studies of a relevant field• Experience in Project Management preferably in Information Security or IT• Basic knowledge in Cyber, IT-Security or IT projects in general• Experience in maintaining thorough documentation with version control• Knowledge in creating training courses• Experience with ISO 27001 is an advantage• Strong Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills• Familiarity with project management tools• Good communication skills• Driving licenceThis is what you will find:• High focus on teamwork and close cooperation• Good development opportunities in an exciting environment• The possibility to take on responsibility• Advanced training opportunities• Regular large and small-scale events
