What you'll be doing
We are seeking an agile, commercially astute, and relationship-focused Senior Partner Relationship Manager to take ownership of our Shell partnership across Western Europe — with a broader remit to support and scale other key strategic partnerships. This is a critical role reporting to the General Manager, Europe Fleet. It is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic partnerships, commercial execution, and operational excellence.
You will be the primary interface for Shell and other partners, ensuring mutual success through alignment, issue resolution, and strategic collaboration. You’ll act as the conductor across internal teams (sales, credit, operations, product) to unlock volume growth, improve partner satisfaction, and drive commercial outcomes.
Your Impact
1. Own and grow the Shell relationship in Western Europe, serving as the go-to leader for all commercial and operational topics.
2. Act as the voice of the partner internally, helping prioritize initiatives, unblock challenges, and align teams to deliver on shared goals.
3. Coordinate joint initiatives and present quarterly business reviews with Shell and other key stakeholders.
4. Translate partner strategy into tangible commercial results, including revenue growth, volume uplift, and retention targets.
5. Support broader strategic partnerships across the Europe Fleet business and participate in cross-functional projects (product expansion, new market entry, commercial renegotiations).
6. Lead with data – track KPIs, surface insights, and support continuous improvement across the partner lifecycle.
What You Bring
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus)
8. Between 5–8 years of experience in partner management, strategic accounts, or commercial operations – ideally in B2B payments, mobility, or fintech
9. Fluency in English and ideally German
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging C-level and field-level stakeholders alike
11. Strong commercial mindset with good financial understanding (P&L awareness, commercial modeling, forecasting)
12. Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced environments – agile, autonomous, and precise in execution
13. High ownership mentality and collaborative spirit – a natural bridge-builder and problem-solver
What We Offer
14. Competitive base salary and bonus potential
15. Annual Leave: 28 days
16. Well-being allowance
17. Monthly givve card
