YOUR TASKS
1. You will manage and advise PAYBACK’s online partners in the Beauty & Health segment
2. You will develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
3. You will define relevant KPIs to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize all measures
4. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
5. You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting
6. You will identify growth opportunities through market, industry, and company analyses and unlock them together with your partners
YOUR PROFILE
7. You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
8. You bring several years of experience in digital performance marketing and media planning
9. You are familiar with digital sales in the Beauty FMCG sector and have industry-specific expertise
10. You are data-driven, analytically strong, and able to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into actionable strategies
11. You are a strong communicator, customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive
12. You are confident in presenting and negotiating
