Education and Training Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalency (required).
* Completion of an Administrative Assistant program (preferred).
* Training in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel (preferred).
* Completed and maintained Basic Life Support (BLS) Training as required by the MTF (required).
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Knowledge and Skills
* Basic knowledge of:
* Customer service principles.
* TRICARE processes.
* Quality control and risk management.
* Medical terminology.
* Medical forms and records management.
* Guidelines for release of medical information.
* Medical and legal ethics.
* Applicable systems technology and information systems.
* Supply procedures.
