We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities and tasks:
1. Research, design, and implement AI/ML-related algorithms, tools, and applications.
2. Take responsibility for architecture design, data or machine learning pipeline development.
3. Ensure code quality by following best practices.
4. Stay updated on developments in the AI/ML field.
5. Prepare reports and other relevant documentation.
6. Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders (including other engineers, project managers, product owners, and customers).
You will be working on Software R&D projects that apply AI/ML to build solutions for the Space Industry. Additionally, you will be asked to assist in the bidding process for other ML/AI related projects.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
2. At least two years’ experience as a machine learning engineer or similar role.
3. Proficiency with Python. Familiarity with other languages is a plus.
4. Practice in debugging and reviewing code.
5. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and MLOps automation.
6. Experience automating or scaling up model training, evaluation, and deployment in a production setting.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
10. Time management and organizational abilities.
Other Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Maven.
2. Containerization with Docker in a Linux environment.
Candidates are required to have a valid EU work permit!
