You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. Key Responsibilities : Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries. Requirements : Native-level fluency in German and proficiency in English. Strong communication, writing, and listening skills. Previous customer care experience is essential.
