Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Master Data Specialist (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
Your responsibilities:
6. Create, update, and maintain master data records across various business systems, including material, vendor, customer, and finance data
7. In addition monitor master data changes and intervene in case of not authorized changes
8. Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies
9. Ensure all master data processes and workflows are followed according to established governance policies
10. Work closely with different departments (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) to support their master data needs and ensure data accuracy
11. Investigate and resolve master data-related issues and tickets in a timely manner
12. Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes, policies, and definitions
13. Provide consulting to project teams about how to make best use of master data in the context
14. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and tools, and support the implementation of new master data initiatives
Your profile:
15. Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, economics or comparable
16. Professional experience in the fields Supply Chain / Logistics, quality management, process improvement and information systems
17. Knowledge in Change-, Lean- and Process management
18. Good knowledge in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
19. PPS Practical Problem Solving, JIRA, Confluence and AI knowledge is an advantage
20. Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
