Are you a Trade Finance expert with a passion for precision and global collaboration? We're looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Treasury Manager to strengthen our Treasury team with deep expertise in bond/guarantee operations and advisory. As part of a small, agile Treasury team, you will take ownership of specialized Trade Finance topics with high complexity and visibility. The role offers remote work flexibility from either Germany or Spain.
Your Tasks
* Manage outbound bank guarantees and Parent Company Guarantees, including complex contractual setups and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
* Drive bond release processes in close collaboration with Commercial Project Management
* Act as a subject matter expert for Trade Finance, advising business units and interfacing with cross-functional teams
* Support digitalization initiatives in Trade Finance and handle related administrative responsibilities
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in international Trade Finance, ideally in large corporates or banking environments
* Proven expertise in guarantee management, including complex international structures
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
* Comfortable working in an international setup
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Academic degree is not essential - we value specialized practical experience
