A leading German company is driving one of Europe’s most ambitious HR IT transformations – moving from SAP HCM to SF Employee Central – and is looking for two experienced SAP HR system experts to join their internal team.
These roles are a rare opportunity to help shape a multi-year strategic programme, working closely with internal HR leaders, IT teams and a leading external implementation partner.
You’ll be part of a dedicated project team and have the chance to influence both technical design and strategic direction, all within a stable and future-oriented organisation.
Open Roles:
🔹 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert
* Design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to fit business needs
* Plan and coordinate integration with existing systems, including backwards integration to SAP HCM
* Conduct workshops, gather requirements and provide user training
* Lead testing activities and ensure data quality
* Act as an internal Consultant, bridging business and technical teams
Profile:
* Solid experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and customisation
* Strong understanding of HR processes and integration concepts
* Fluent German (interviews and technical assessments will be in German)
🔹 SAP HCM Integration & Data Migration Expert
* Analyse and translate SAP HCM data structures for integration with SF EC
* Manage data migration and ensure synchronised, accurate data
* Support integration design and bridge technical and functional requirements
* Facilitate workshops and engage with key stakeholders
* Conduct system tests and support user adoption
Profile:
* In-depth expertise in SAP HCM (especially employee data and infotypes)
* Experience with data migration and integration to cloud HR systems
* Fluent German (interviews and technical assessments will be in German)
What’s on Offer:
* Hybrid setup: two days/week onsite in Cologne
* Salary circa €80,000–85,000 (fixed), incl. holiday and Christmas payments
