Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support sales-related logistics activities, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to manage inventory levels and prepare shipments in line with customer requirements.
* Assist in packaging and labeling products according to sales specifications and compliance standards.
* Facilitate communication between warehouse, transport, and sales departments to optimize delivery schedules.
* Monitor and report on shipment status to sales and customer service teams.
* Support the preparation of sales documentation and customer orders.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all logistics operations.
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training in sales, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience in coordinating sales and logistics processes, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
* Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
