JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Technical Program Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery across all our product engineering streams by coordinating releases, managing feature flags, and maintaining project visibility. This individual will be responsible for coordinating development cycles and projects, facilitating cross-functional communication between engineering, product management, design, and leadership, and proactively identifying risks or blockers. Through clear ownership and alignment across teams, this role will help deliver customer value efficiently and reliably. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Owns and coordinates release planning and rollout execution across both new feature development as well as maintenance and technical debt streams, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process. Manages the full feature flag lifecycle, including delayed releases and customer-facing impact, in close coordination with Product, QA, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success. Tracks project delivery progress and status across engineering streams, maintaining clear visibility without micromanagement and ensuring project hygiene in tools like Jira and Slack. Ensures smooth hand-offs between product management, engineering, and other supporting functions (e.g., documentation). Supports Engineering Managers with cooldown planning and helps facilitate effective Shape Up cycles - organizing key meetings (kickoffs, midpoints, demos), team allocations, and communication rhythms. Manages dependencies and proactively identifies and escalates risks, blockers, and resourcing concerns, enabling better sequencing and continuous delivery. Ensures transparent cross-functional communication by regularly sharing timelines, team allocations, and risk assessments with leadership. Conducts delivery post-mortem analyses where applicable to improve future execution. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience in a Product Management, Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Delivery Management role within a software engineering organization. Demonstrable experience with project management of technical projects (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Shape Up). A product or engineering education degree is an advantage. Track record of working in the B2B SaaS startup ecosystem focusing on Enterprise and Self-service products. Experience in companies with multiple development streams, especially in a scale-up or SaaS environment, is preferred.
