About this Position We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Commercial Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes that ensure effective Software Assets Management (SAM) across the global Henkel organization. You will work closely with IT technical and commercial teams, as well as procurement and compliance supported by external consultants. Our goal is to optimize software usage, reduce costs, and maintain license compliance.
