Your tasks
7. Ensuring compliance with all safety-related regulations, in particular environmental protection and occupational safety
8. Contributing to the development of proposals and measures to improve work processes
9. Participating in the implementation and monitoring of metering service processes
10. Control and monitoring of partner companies
11. Implementation of order management, i.e. creation, processing and monitoring of reports/orders
12. Implementation of processes for customer-driven measures
13. Support with quality assurance measures and the preparation of reports
14. Support in the processing of inconsistent master data
15. Assisting with communication via all media, including telephone hotline, e-mail and correspondence
Your profile
16. Completed technical or commercial vocational training and further training, e.g. energy specialist or similar
17. Knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory framework, e.g. EnWG, Strom- und GasGVV, GPKE, GeLi Gas
18. Knowledge of the respective tariff and contract constructs
19. Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
20. Knowledge of the IT billing system
21. Practiced handling of modern communication media
22. Good and confident written and spoken communication skills
23. Strong customer-oriented behavior as well as communication and teamwork skills
