The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the implementation of roles and authorizations in our electronic file system.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Product and Requirements Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of roles and authorizations in our eFile system and other IT processes in the Organization and HR division.
* You will design and implement interfaces between the eFile system and other systems within the Federal Agency
* Analyze needs of various specialist divisions and develop product concepts
* Support product owners in strategic and operational implementation of products
* Design product features, user stories, and UI/UX, and implement concepts with the IT division and development team in a scrum setup
* Manage internal and external stakeholders involved in product development and ensure project goals are achieved, including risk management
* Create, manage, and quality assure project plans and documentation
* Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings and track completion of defined tasks
Requirements:
* Relevant university degree (Diplom FH/Bachelor) in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience acquired in another way
* Deep knowledge of business process management and process modeling
* Solid knowledge of project management and previous project experience
* Good knowledge of organizational and personnel management
* Deep knowledge and experience of eFile system components and SAP Solution Manager
* Very good knowledge of standard IT applications (MS Office) and project management software (JIRA, MS Project)
