What You’ll Be Doing
* Review and analyze video content for compliance with safety and community guidelines.
* Identify and take appropriate action on potentially harmful or inappropriate material.

What You Bring
* Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English (B2).
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship unavailable).
* Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and start soon.
* Keen eye for detail, good judgment, and the ability to remain objective.
* Previous moderation or support experience is helpful but not mandatory — full training will be provided.
