The project!
As a Retail Senior Manager for Pepe Jeans you will lead the team of Area Managers from UK, Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe, supervising and coordinating the teams in order to maintain and grow our Retail network and accelerate growth.
What will the role entail?
* Identification, evaluation, and securing of optimal locations in North, Central, and Eastern Europe (GER, AT, CH, NL, UK, FR, PLN, HU, CR). Grow and nurture existing locations.
* Overseeing the Area managers for recruitment, training, and development of high‑performing store teams with strong brand understanding and a focus on guest experience and conversion.
* Retail Operations: Development of scalable dépasse systemà, processes, and KPIs for efficient, profitable, and sustainable store performance. Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
* Collaboration with Brand, Retail Product Merchandising, Retail Design, Visual Merchandising and Brand Marketing to translate our values into physical, warm, and authentic store environments.
* Scaling Retail as a Growth Driver: Development of a clear retail expansion playbook: rollout strategy, governance, standards, performance reporting, and continuous optimization.
This position will be based in one of our Key Markets (GER, FR, UK). This position involves frequent travelling.
What You Need To Succeed
* At least 5 years of experience in a Management position, building or scaling retail for lifestyle, contemporary, or purpose‑driven brands, ideally across multiple markets.
* C1‑C2 level in German and English. French and/or Spanish will be greatly valued. Other languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Proven experience in retail operations (KPIs, process development, performance management).
* Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
* Strong people leadership skills: Clear, inspiring, reliable, and.urlopenionative attitude.
* Ability to translate brand values into store experience, teams, and operational processes.
