Position: Business Development Manager – Biopharma (DACH & BeNeLux)
Location: Ideally Hamburg (Remote within Germany possible)
A global supplier of raw materials and biopharma ingredients is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth across the DACH and Benelux regions. This newly created role is focused on expanding the Biopharma business, with a strong emphasis on new business development and strategic customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Biopharma ingredients
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in R&D and procurement
Collaborate with global manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline updates, and reporting
Your Background:
Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or related field
4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Biopharma or ingredients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving commercial growth
Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills
