Your tasks
The HR Generalist supports the business across the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
The role is operationally close to day-to-day business while offering clear room to further develop HR structures and responsibilities.
* Clarification and documentation of hiring needs together with Hiring Managers and the C-level
* Derivation, alignment, and publication of job postings
* Responsibility for placement and continuous maintenance of job ads on external job boards and the career page
* Conducting and moderating interviews and supporting hiring decisions
* Use of active sourcing when required (not a pure sourcing or recruiter role)
* Structured and transparent documentation of recruiting and hiring processes
* Supporting new employees through structured onboarding processes
* Working with Personio as the central HRIS
* Active contribution to the further development of HR processes and standards
Contract management is not part of this role.
Your profile
* Experience in operational HR and/or recruiting, preferably in an IT or software environment
* Confidence in working with Hiring Managers, C-level stakeholders, and candidates
* Structured, reliable, and documentation-focused working style
* Experience in interviewing and candidate selection
* Hands-on experience with Personio or comparable HR systems
* Interest in not only executing HR processes, but actively developing them
* Confident communication in German (C1) and English (B2)
DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE
This is not a leadership role at the start.
However, it is deliberately designed as a development role.
* Gradual assumption of additional HR responsibilities
* Active involvement in shaping HR processes, standards, and structures
* Long-term perspective to build and lead the entire HR function, subject to suitability
