We are looking for the best Commis Chefs / Demi Chefs de Partie to join our Big Squadra in Berlin.
YOUR OBJECTIVES:
Basic cooking skills, with knowledge of the menu and products
Supporting the kitchen with mise en place and service
Ability to follow and reproduce recipes after training
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
