In this position, you will actively drive forward the digital transformation at Flossbach von Storch: You will digitize and automate business processes using our modern collaboration platform and innovative AI technologies. Your tasks Design and implementation of modern collaboration and digitization solutions based on the M365 product range Further development of the platform architecture through regular participation in the IT architecture board and active involvement, taking into account new technologies and functions Digitizing and automating business processes in close cooperation with our specialist departments in order to understand their challenges, develop solutions, and implement them. Change and adoption management with planning, implementation, and documentation of training courses, information sessions, and communication measures. Your profile Qualifications: Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or application development) or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related qualification. Experience: At least five years of practical experience in designing and implementing solutions for automating and supporting internal work processes Successful participation in digitization projects and automation initiatives Experience with target group-specific training and company-wide communication formats Knowledge: Several years of experience with the M365 platform, especially with SharePoint and the Power Platform – ideally in solution consulting as well as in the configuration and implementation of solutions Additional knowledge in the area of Copilot, ideally also in Azure Services, is an advantage In-depth understanding of process analysis, interface integration, and the optimization of complex processes Experience in change and adoption management, particularly in the introduction of digital solutions in heterogeneous user groups In addition: Strong consulting and communication skills, especially when working with non-technical departments High level of initiative and creativity, combined with a focus on teamwork Enjoyment of knowledge transfer and empowering colleagues Languages: Business fluent German and good written and spoken English Our team Our five-person digital collaboration team focuses on innovation and user orientation.
