Our client is a leading German technology partner delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions to public sector organisations.
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3.5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the entire technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions that support our business and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end components.
* Build and optimise REST APIs for high performance and scalability.
* Integrate and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software on time.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and thorough documentation to ensure maintainability.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team.
You Bring:
* 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
* Expertise with Java or Kotlin for backend development.
* Strong experience with Angular 18 for front-end development.
* Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases.
* Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.
* Exposure to Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies (nice-to-have).
* Experience with agile collaboration tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
* Strong habits in code review, testing, and documentation.
* Fluent German (B2/C1) and excellent communication skills.

* Comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies with a hands-on approach.
* Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, agile project environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
* High attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and tested code.
