* Planning with precision: Coordinate cross‑team plans, anticipate bottlenecks in advance, and foster a culture of accountability and timely execution.
* Enablement at scale: Equip functions with trusted self‑service that adds speed, coaches and unblocks the team, and helps leaders across all departments make data‑based decisions with confidence.

* Quality and reliability are non‑negotiable: You set standards for data quality, testing, and observability and ensure SLAs for freshness, accuracy, and availability.
* Operational excellence: Define process improvements and data/analytics governance structures, align operational KPIs with company‑wide objectives, and drive continuous improvement across the data value chain.
* Stakeholder management is your craft: You partner with stakeholders of all departments, in Product, Finance, Sales, Operations and People & Culture to align goals, clarify requirements, and drive adoption.
Qualifications
* You have 3+ years in a comparable BI/Analytics leadership role with accountability for roadmap, stakeholders, and outcomes.
* Fluent in business metrics: You’ve owned company‑level KPIs end‑to‑end, from definition and instrumentation to review cycles and course corrections.
* A leadership style that enables: You set context, coach for impact, and create clarity, inspiring collaboration and motivating the team to deliver.
* Planning discipline in action: Proven ability to coordinate cross‑team plans, anticipate bottlenecks, and hold teams to high bars for timely execution.
* A strong head for numbers: Quantitative reasoning and analytical thinking come naturally.
* Modern BI practices as standard: You bring experience with contemporary data platforms and tooling (e.g., ELT/ETL, dbt‑style modelling, semantic layers, dashboarding, data contracts), plus familiarity with agile methods, product thinking, and risk governance.
* Communication that aligns and mobilises: You frame complex topics with clarity, tailor messages to diverse audiences (from exec briefings to technical specs), and build alignment across teams. Excellent English skills (written and spoken) round your profile, while German is a plus.
* Moving ideas into outcomes: You act with intent, make informed decisions, and hold yourself and the team accountable for measurable impact.
Benefits
* Company Culture: Open culture with flat hierarchies, where individual initiative is encouraged.
* Employment Contracts: Permanent positions that offer long‑term security.
* Flexibility: Flexible working hours and options for mobile work and full‑remote contracts.
* Equipment: Freedom to choose your preferred work hardware.
* Onboarding: Well‑structured onboarding with support from a personal "buddy."
* Work Environment: An inspiring environment with dedicated colleagues and a dynamic community.
* Development Opportunities: Diverse opportunities for personal growth and development.
* Additional Benefits: Attractive perks such as company pension plans, health programs, and regular team events.
