At Covestro, you actively shape the digital future of our marketing and sales processes. As an IT Solutions Manager in the CRM area (SAP Sales & Service Cloud), you develop innovative solutions that significantly influence our global business success. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and ensure that our digital tools are optimally aligned with the needs of our users.
In addition to our diverse benefits, you can expect an attractive starting compensation between €89,400/year and €108,500/year plus a variable component for full-time employment. The starting compensation depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
These exciting challenges await you:
1. Advising departments on the design and optimization of CRM processes, especially in the SAP Sales & Service Cloud environment, is one of your core tasks
2. You are responsible for the stable implementation and support of our CRM systems as well as release and implementation management
3. You design and implement interfaces between CRM and other systems such as ERP, CPI, and MDP
4. You develop innovative digital CRM solutions that give Covestro competitive advantages
5. You independently manage IT projects and coordinate both internal and external resources
6. You promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively living our C3 values
7. You continuously expand your expertise as a subject matter expert in CRM, digitalization, and IT solution architecture
With this profile, you can convince us:
8. You have a master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
9. You bring solid professional experience and strong expertise with SAP Sales & Service Cloud as well as integration scenarios with connected systems
10. Experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2 is an advantage
11. You have also gained initial experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud platforms
12. Proven success in implementing complex IT solutions and a deep understanding of the underlying business processes are among your strengths
13. Solid basic economic knowledge enables you to evaluate IT solutions in terms of their business value
14. Strong project management skills and experience in managing external service providers complete your profile
15. You enjoy working in international teams and impress with intercultural competence
16. Fluent English skills are a given for you, German skills are an advantage
