We're looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) with expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP to optimize production processes in our advanced semiconductor equipment manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about lean methods, workplace design, and digital manufacturing solutions, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Implement and sustain LEAN production methods, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems for optimal material flow.
Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for MES and SAP integration, ensuring seamless data flow between shop floor and enterprise systems.
Define and maintain MES workflows, master data, and reporting structures to support real-time production visibility.
Provide guidance on SAP modules related to production planning (PP), materials management (MM), and shop floor control.
Lead digitalization initiatives, including system upgrades, user training, and process automation projects.
Provide data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
~3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
~ Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
~ Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques.
~ Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement.
~ Deep understanding of MES platforms and SAP ERP systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
