About the Position
* This is a fixed-term contract position for three years, with the possibility of renewal.
* You will be working on a 0.75 full-time equivalent basis.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Teach classes and provide guidance to students.
2. Participate in research projects and contribute to their success.
3. Offer administrative support to the chair.
4. Pursue your own doctoral research.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* A strong academic background in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
* A keen interest in marketing and sales topics.
* Experience in conducting empirical studies.
* Solid statistical knowledge, including proficiency in SPSS, Stata, or R.
* An excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Knowledge of German would be beneficial but is not essential.
