We are looking for a Supervisor HSE to ensure all on-site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during industrial project execution.

Tasks & responsibilities:
* Monitor and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards on site.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental requirements.
* Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
* Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel and contractors.
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all teams.
* Identify unsafe situations and intervene immediately when necessary.
* Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
* Act as the main point of contact for all HSE-related matters on site.
* Support safe execution of revamp activities within an operational industrial environment.
* Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor in industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Experience with brownfield or revamp projects is highly preferred.
* Relevant HSE certifications.
* Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards effectively.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
