We are looking for reinforcement for our Amazon Connect & Conversational AI team for the role of (Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant - Amazon Connect (m/f/d).
Tasks
* Identification and analysis of use cases and design of complex Amazon Connect environments to optimize our customers' customer service
* Consulting and support for our customers in the implementation of Amazon Connect contact center solutions
* Design and implementation of customer-specific IVR flows, routing strategies, and agent desktops
* Integrating Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB) and third-party systems such as CRM solutions
* Configuring reporting and analytics for real-time and historical contact center data
* Designing and conducting customer workshops and training sessions
* Preparing test concepts and rollout plans
* Working closely with internal teams to develop high-quality customer solutions
