You’ll be responsible for driving the company’s global product and marketing strategy, fostering sustainable growth, and enhancing the organization’s consumer-centric focus.
Product and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy, focusing on market share, revenue growth, and profitability.
Marketing and Product Development: Lead global marketing efforts to ensure brand consistency and alignment with consumer and customer needs. Lead Product Management teams and collaborate with external partners to drive innovations and align with market requirements.
International Growth: Spearhead international market expansion, optimize existing company structures and processes, and identify global growth opportunities, e.g. new consumer segments, new product categories or new channels.
Lead Global Product Management team (approximately 10 employees in the US, Germany, and Asia).
Lead the (newly established) Global Marketing team located in Germany.
Member of the Prym Consumer Global Leadership Team.
10+ years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, and commercial leadership within the FMCG / consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
~ Extensive international experience managing global teams and operations, with a focus on diverse market dynamics and consumer behaviors.
~ Deep understanding of consumer behavior and developing successful product and marketing strategies based on consumer understanding and insights.
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in English and German mandatory, other languages desirable
