Technical manager m/v

As a Tech Lead within the Digital Accelerator departement, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital portfolio. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality solutions while driving innovation across the organization.
Mentor and support developers, helping them grow while strengthening the overall technical capability of the department.
Define and drive engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices across projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
Oversee code quality, security, and compliance, including review processes and automated controls.
Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in software development, including technical leadership responsibilities.
NET, JavaScript/React, Power Platform), with exposure to others.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a plus).
