Therefore, we are set up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas: Life P/C Sales Productivity Resilience Sustainability Central Functions Key responsibilities / You will get to: External benchmarking, identification of improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, identification of top down impact and steering Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached Manage communications and project timelines Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Key requirements / What we hope you bring: University degree or equivalent experience 1 year(s) of experience in management consulting Project management/change management/business transformation/initiative development and rollout skills Experience in strategy and transformation programs Insurance knowledge, acquired in a consulting environment is a nice to have Working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Extensive experience in PowerPoint and Excel Fluency in written and spoken English LI-AC1 AllianzServices Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
