About the role Work closely with our Domain Architect to establish and maintain an overview about the operations landscape and dependencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the performance of IT/OT tools and processes Create, update, and enhance documentation to support project workflows, onboarding processes, and knowledge sharing Manage incoming tickets, route them to the appropriate teams, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues Assist in project management activities, including planning, organization, and progress tracking, to support the successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives Job requirements and experience Ongoing studies in the field of Information Technology, Business Information Systems or comparable (with at least twelve more months until you graduate) First experience with agile methodologies like DevOps and SCRUM as well as documentation tools like confluence or draw.io First experience in project management and stakeholder management Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an international environment Confident in speaking and writing in English Your Benefits We aim to make your time with us as rewarding as possible by fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
