Your start with us: You will take over the responsibilities of our long-standing IT colleague. To ensure a smooth transition, a joint training period of approximately one year is planned. You will act as the central interface: You don't need to be an expert in every detail, as you will work closely with our specialized system houses and agencies and coordinate their assignments.

Your mission with us
As the brains behind the technology, you will be the central authority for our IT landscape
* IT infrastructure & ERP: Support for networks, integration of hardware, and strategic support for our merchandise management system
* Interface management: You are the main contact person for our external partners (system houses/agencies) and manage their projects
* Software & Security: Responsibility for updates, testing new solutions, and general cyber security
* Support & Empowerment: Supporting colleagues with technical questions and conducting small user training sessions
What you bring to the table
* A solid education in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or comparable professional experience
* The ability to structure technical requirements and communicate them confidently to external service providers
* A reliable approach to work and the desire to take on responsibility in a stable environment
* Strong team spirit – you see yourself as an internal partner for your colleagues
* Regional proximity: You live in the Großröhrsdorf/Dresden area or are planning to move to the region in the near future to benefit from short commutes and a genuine work-life balance
* Confident German language skills (at least B2 level) for professional correspondence with our external partners and for internal support
