Ostseegrüne is an innovative company focused on bringing high-quality Away-from-Home (AFH) products sourced from our partners around the Baltic Sea to the German market. We are expanding our product range and are looking for ambitious individuals to join us.

Are you a top-tier Sales Professional in the Away-from-Home Products (AFH) sector? Have you considered starting your own business? Do you feel your potential is being limited in your current role, and are you ready for true entrepreneurial success?

Ostseegrüne offers a equity-based path for a highly ambitious individual to become both a leader and an co-owner. We are establishing a new German branch focused exclusively on AFH products, and we need a seasoned professional with the drive to build this venture from the ground up.

Your Role & Responsibilities

This is more than just a sales role – it's an opportunity to create, lead, and own. We're looking for someone ready to step beyond being "just" a salesperson and build their legacy.

Your Clear Path to Entrepreneurship (A Three-Stage Trajectory to Leadership and Ownership):

* Sales Pioneer: Your first task is to be a direct seller, personally driving sales and establishing the initial market presence for our AFH products in Germany.

* Team Builder: Once initial sales targets are met, you will transition to building and structuring a larger sales team for the new branch.

* Branch Manager & Shareholder: You will assume full responsibility for the new branch's operations and strategy, with a clear path to becoming a company shareholder.

Your Profile

We are seeking a sales professional with a proven track record in the AFH sector – someone ready for their next significant career step, who has outgrown their current environment, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape something of their own.

Our ideal candidate might be:

* A Sales Manager who has been considering starting their own business.

* A top-performing sales representative who feels undervalued or held back in their current organization.

* Someone eager for freedom and ownership.

Your Core Strengths Must Include:

* Solid experience in AFH product sales.

* Proven entrepreneurial drive and initiative.

* High ambition to grow into a leadership, country-level role and ownership.

* The desire to shape the sales strategy, structure, and partnerships from the ground up.

* Excellent German language skills (verbal and written) for effective communication with clients and market stakeholders in Germany.

* Fluent English, as it is our internal company working language.
