This is you
* You are a qualified teacher or assistant teacher in the field of Early Childhood Education or you have a Bachelor degree in Psychology
* You speak English with native-speaker fluency and accuracy (C2 level required) and are learning or are prepared to learn German up to B1 within the first year
* You are a passionate and open-minded educator and an empathic team-player
* You are ready to keep learning – first time job entrants are also welcome in nursery
* You enjoy working in an international environment with different languages and cultures

* Small group of 12 children (0-3 yrs) supervised by 3 educators
* Warm welcome and well structured onboarding, accompanied by your own mentor
* Individual training and further education on 5 days a year
* Regular teambuilding as well as professional coaching and supervision

* 13th month salary every year

cocon stands for modern and contemporary pedagogy. Children are at the center of everything we do and are allowed to develop freely in a protected space. Intuitively and in a family atmosphere, we accompany the children at cocon within the framework of a closed concept.
