As a Stibo STEP Software Engineer, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation within our company: Your Tasks As a member of a solution team, you are responsible for the technical design and implementation of Stibo STEP applications, as well as providing technical support.
During development, the focus is on robust and scalable technical design, prioritizing factors such as performance, security, and maintainability.

Your Profile A successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Development experience in Product Information Management (PIM), ideally with Stibo STEP, including data modeling/configurations, workflows, business rule development, Web UI configuration, and match-and-merge algorithms.
Proficiency in Java/JavaScript, data modeling, and RDBMS systems such as Oracle.
Experience with system integration and API development using Web Services, XML, JSON, and REST.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
A passion for IT systems and a drive to advance digital change.
