Here's what you can achieve with us:
You will analyze specific activities and processes to identify efficiency and quality improvements through AI and derive practical use cases from this.
You will translate the needs of the specialist departments into AI-supported solutions (e.g., agents or automations).
You will design AI agents (e.g., research assistants, workflow or process agents) and coordinate their implementation as well as proof-of-concepts and evaluation projects.
You will empower specialist departments to use AI efficiently (e.g., through workshops, guidelines, training, and inspiration sessions).
You will contribute to standards, guidelines, and decision models for AI automation and ensure security, scalability, and compliance.
You will actively support the internal AI community and promote an innovation-friendly work culture.
What you bring:
A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
More than 5 years of professional experience in roles such as IT Business Analyst/Partner, RPA Consultant, M365 Adoption Specialist, or Data Analyst.
Experience in the field of AI automation, LLM agents, generative AI, or related technologies.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform / Azure OpenAI.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture fundamentals and IT security requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
Initiative, a structured work approach, and a pragmatic focus on solutions.
Willingness to take responsibility for standards, best practices, and sustainable implementation.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
