Job Overview As a Business Analyst, you will: Support customers: Provide consulting during the implementation of our in|sure software product in the Meldewesen sector. Customize and develop the standard product: Analyze processes, align them with customer requirements, define and formulate these requirements, and further develop the product based on these insights. Design and evaluate concepts: Develop and assess concepts for further development, considering economic factors, and coordinate with development teams. Assist with testing: Support in both Fach- and system testing phases. Act as interface: Serve as an internal link between Fach departments and development teams, managing projects from start to finish. Support new developments: Oversee new developments until customer acceptance. Candidate Profile Education: Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics, or an apprenticeship in an insurance company. Experience: At least three years in a similar role with experience in implementing complex software systems. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance processes, especially requirements related to reporting obligations to authorities like Riester processes or pension notifications. Soft Skills: Strong conceptual, analytical skills, quick comprehension, confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Travel: Moderate willingness to travel for client consulting and project milestones. Language Skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written (minimum C1 level).
