For the Hamburg location we are looking for a
IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)
Your position in our crew
You are the central interface between our specialist departments and IT - as IT Demand Manager (m/f/d) you understand the business requirements, translate them into sustainable IT solutions and drive innovation in a targeted manner.
* You act as a strategic contact person for selected specialist departments and locations in IT matters
* You will be responsible for analyzing, structuring and documenting business requirements in close coordination with stakeholders
* You translate business needs into concrete IT requirements - from the idea to implementation
* When developing individual, IT-supported solutions, you advise the specialist departments and actively promote and position the IT service portfolio within the organization
* You will identify relevant trends and needs for the further development of IT services and support cross-location collaboration within the company
What you have in your luggage
* Several years of professional experience in IT demand management, business relationship management or in a comparable role (e.g. as a product owner)
* Previous experience in shipbuilding or in other relevant subject areas, such as Human Resources (HR) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), is an advantage
* High level of technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
* Strong ability to analyze, abstract and strategically classify complex requirements
* Strong communication and assertiveness at all hierarchical levels
* Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* Independent, solution-oriented way of working and high service standards
* Willingness to travel to our northern German shipyard locations
